We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our jewellery sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our jewellery collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote and explain jewellery products, collections, and offers
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with showroom or dispatch teams for order processing
