Jr. Accountant

Job Title: Accountant 

Department: Accounts

Location: Kadodara- Palsana Highway, Sanki village, kadodara

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and effective use of Zoho Books/Zoho Finance for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Zoho Books.

Maintain ledgers, reconciliations, and journal entries.

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.

2.    Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely collections.

Prepare aging reports and follow up for overdue accounts.

3.    Taxation & Compliance

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

4.    Reporting & Analysis

Generate financial statements and MIS reports using Zoho.

Support management with cash flow statements, expense analysis, and cost reports.

5.    Audit Support

Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Maintain proper documentation and audit trails in Zoho.

6.    Process Improvement

Suggest ways to improve automation and efficiency in Zoho Books.

Ensure accuracy of data migration and integration with other systems (if applicable).

Key Skills & Competencies:

•       Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance.

•       Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance is mandatory.

•       Good analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.

•       Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis.

•       Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

•       Education: B.Com / M.Com 

•       Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting.

•       Software Skills: Zoho Books (Mandatory), MS Excel, Tally (Optional).
