Factory Labour – Job DescriptionPosition: Factory Labour / Helper

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic factory operations and production work
• Load and unload materials or products
• Help in packing and labeling finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area
• Follow instructions given by the supervisor
• Support other workers when required in daily tasks
• Follow safety rules and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Basic physical fitness for manual work
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Prior factory experience is a plus but not required
• Hardworking and punctual
