Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Landscape Design

Salary: Minimum 40,000.00 per Month

General Responsibilities: Applicable for all Positions

All work will require accountability

You'll need to explain why the tasks weren't completed, suggest your own solutions, and share your plan to fix it

Recording and analysis of all work

Excel calculations and analysis

Key Responsibilities - Landscape Designer

Extract and organize landscape design data using AI tools

Research and compile comprehensive design parameters and specifications

Create landscape design concepts for selected products/services

Review and audit landscape design work of team members

Perform quality checks on design guidelines and checklists

Source landscape materials and obtain supplier quotations

Maintain landscape design databases and worksheets

Coordinate with vendors for material sourcing

Prepare design documentation and specifications

AI-Assisted Work:

Utilize AI tools for data extraction from design resources

Use AI prompts to generate design parameters and specifications

Leverage AI for market research and data organization

Apply AI tools for guideline and checklist creation

Implement AI assistance in workflow documentation

Device & Internet:

Laptop/Desktop with Intel i5 10th Gen+ / Ryzen 5+, 8GB RAM, SSD preferred

20 Mbps+ broadband connection

Design Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar landscape design tools

Note: No device will be provided by the company. Candidates must use their own system.
