Maintenance Technician

Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.

Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, chillers, UPS, and electrical panels.

Ensure proper functioning of utilities including power, water, air, and cooling systems.

Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance logs.

Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce breakdowns.

Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of critical spares.

Support installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment and systems.

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize production or operational losses.
