#Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day logistics operations, fleet movement, and team coordination. The role focuses on ensuring timely deliveries, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across B2B, B2C, courier, and e-commerce services.

#Key Responsibilities

Manage daily logistics operations, vehicle planning, and route execution

Ensure on-time delivery (TAT) and service quality across Gujarat and other state too

Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams

Monitor fleet utilization, GPS tracking, and issue resolution

Handle customer coordination and operational escalations

Maintain operational reports and process discipline

Problem-solving & decision-making skills

Basic reporting & operational MIS

Customer service orientation

#Preferred Qualifications

Graduate (Logistics / Operations / Business preferred)

Experience in B2B, B2C, courier, or e-commerce logistics

Knowledge of India routes is a plus
