Job Description
- Process and accept franchisee orders in Genmed Software, updating order statuses.
- Generate performa invoices and final sales bills, ensuring accurate details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, integrating their corrections and printing bills.
- Manage inventory discrepancies by communicating with parties and offering alternative products.
- Update bills for alternative products, save, and print.
- Handle online payments and convert pro forma bills to sales invoices in the system.
- You have to do cold calling.
- As well as face to face interact with target audiences.
- Maximizing company revenue through successful marketing campaigns.
