Job Description
Respond to incoming leads from IndiaMart and engage with potential clients (medical stores).
Call leads to understand their requirements and provide relevant product information.
Create and confirm orders based on customer requests and specifications.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely shipping and delivery of medicines.
Keep track of inventory levels and inform customers of product availability.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical store clients for repeat business.
