Job Description
Process and accept franchisee orders in Genmed Software, updating order statuses.
Generate Performa invoices and final sales bills, ensuring accurate details.
Coordinate with the warehouse, integrating their corrections and printing bills.
Manage inventory discrepancies by communicating with parties and offering alternative products.
Update bills for alternative products, save, and print.
Handle online payments and convert pro forma bills to sales invoices in the system.
You have to do cold calling.
As well as face to face interact with target audiences.
