Purchase Executive

Job Overview:

Make3d.in is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for our 3D printing operations. The candidate will ensure timely purchasing of raw materials, components, and consumables at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials and machine components.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with production and store departments for material requirements.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain the vendor database and develop new suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages/excess stock.
• Handle local and outstation procurement.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement (manufacturing preferred).
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP (if applicable).
• Understanding of mechanical/electronic components (preferred).
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
