Line Checker – Job Description (Hygiene Industry)

Job Title: Line Checker

Department: Production / Quality

Industry: Hygiene Products (Diapers, Sanitary Pads, Wet Wipes, etc.)

• Key Responsibilities: Check the production line regularly to ensure products are made according to quality standards.
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods for defects.
• Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and product count.
• Monitor machine settings and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the production area.
• Record daily inspection findings and report problems immediately.
• Support the quality team in maintaining product standards.
• Ensure all products meet company quality guidelines before dispatch.
• Skills Required: Basic knowledge of quality checking.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good observation and reporting skills.
• Basic understanding of hygiene industry standards (training will be provided).
• Eligibility: Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
• Experience in hygiene manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory).
