R & D Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic R&D / Process Optimization Engineer to improve manufacturing efficiency and support product and process innovation. The role involves analyzing production processes, implementing lean practices, supporting automation and data-driven improvements, and contributing to R&D activities such as design optimization, prototyping, and new technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing processes using time–motion studies and lean tools to reduce waste and improve TAT.
• Support R&D initiatives including design improvements, prototyping, and process innovation.
• Work with production teams to implement optimized workflows and SOPs on the shop floor.
• Track productivity and efficiency through reports and dashboards (Excel/Power BI).
• Assist in automation, tooling, and adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
• Basic understanding of CAD tools and manufacturing/fabrication processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data handling and reporting skills (Excel mandatory).
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination ability.
