Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Job Description: We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecaller who can handle front desk duties and make/receive calls. The candidate should be polite, well-spoken, and organized.

• Responsibilities:Attend incoming calls and make outbound calls
• Greet visitors and handle front desk activities
• Provide basic information to callers and visitors
• Maintain call records and visitor logs
• Follow up with clients/leads as required
• Handle emails and basic office coordination
• Support the team with daily administrative work
• Requirements:Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
• Pleasant personality and professional behavior
• Ability to multitask
• Experience:Freshers can apply
• Experience as receptionist or telecaller is an advantage
