Job Description
- Customer Engagement: Actively greet, assist, and advise customers, identifying their needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
- Sales & Promotion: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, upselling/cross-selling, and promoting current campaigns, or loyalty programs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor, including restocking shelves.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, returns, and exchanges using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies to management.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
