Job Description
B2B Sales Executive
Unimaple Modutech Pvt. Ltd., a leading modular furniture manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This role is focused on generating leads, handling inquiries, and managing client relationships in the B2B sector, primarily with architects, builders, schools, hospitals, hotels, and more.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Inquiry Management & Lead Generation:
- Handle inquiries received through multiple channels, including online, email, and phone.
- Identify new sources for lead generation such as architects, builders, schools, hospitals, and hotels.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into leads and close deals.
- Prioritize inquiries and schedule meetings based on client requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Client Engagement & Sales Process:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Visit sites to better understand client requirements and prepare site forms accordingly.
- Provide clients with quotations, catalogs, and samples for product selection and approval.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, finalize the deal, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare Proforma invoices based on customer demands and ensure timely submission.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and send sales reports, including details of new inquiries and follow-ups, as per company policy.
- Keep detailed records of leads, meetings, and sales progress, and report to the Business Development Head.
- Get work completion certificates from clients and share the finalized information with the sales team.
- Prepare necessary documents for order processing, including coordinating with the design and store teams after receiving an order.
- Ensure all communications are documented and obtain client approvals on designs, materials, and color choices.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and guidance.
- Constantly monitor and report the progress of projects to clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Address any disputes or concerns promptly, discussing payment terms and other important project details.
- Ensure all project agreements are clearly documented, including final terms and conditions to avoid future issues.
- Secure authorized signatures on finalized designs, materials, and color details from clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in modular furniture or related sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads and projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
