Job Description

As a Sales Executive for the East Territory, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand reach and driving sales growth within the fashion and bridesmaid lehenga market. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and wholesalers in and across East India, especially the West Bengal region, ensuring Panchhi Fashion remains the top choice for these categories.

The role also involves market research, competitive analysis, customer relationship management, sales, marketing, and new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be proactive in conducting field visits, staying updated on market trends, and contributing to team building and overall business growth. 

 


Key

Responsibilities:Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

·      Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and demand patterns.

·      Analyze competitors' strategies and provide insights for business development.


Customer Relationship Management & Sales Growth:

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.

·      Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns to enhance retention.

·      Drive sales through direct and indirect channels, achieving assigned targets.


Marketing & New Client Acquisition:

·      Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.

·      Identify and onboard potential clients to expand the customer base.


Field Visits & Market Insights:

·      Conduct regular visits to all the East Indian areas to understand market dynamics.

·      Gather real-time market news, trends, and customer preferences.


Team Building & Collaboration:

·      Work closely with the internal team to improve sales strategies.


Agency & Partner Management

·      Establish and maintain connections with textile agencies and sales agents.

·      Collaborate with marketing agencies to enhance brand outreach and promotional activities.

·      Negotiate agreements with third-party distributors to optimize market penetration.

 

 

 

 


Qualifications

& Requirements:·      Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

·      5+ years of experience in textile sales with strong exposure to the East Indian market.

·      Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

·      Willingness to travel extensively for market research and client meetings.

·      Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
