Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging training modules on skin science, product knowledge, treatment protocols, and advanced selling skills.
- Sales Techniques: Train staff on consultative selling, objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques specifically for cosmetic procedures and skincare products.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor sales KPIs and conduct on-the-floor coaching, role-playing sessions, and performance audits to identify gaps.
- Onboarding: Create, update, and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new front-desk staff, counselors, and therapists.
- Compliance & SOPs: Ensure all sales techniques and conversations adhere to the company's SOPs and ethical standards.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor aesthetic industry trends, competitor activities, and new treatment technologies to keep training relevant.
