Social Media Specialist

Key responsibilities:-

• Strategy development: Create and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals to increase brand awareness and engagement. 
• Content creation: Develop, create, and publish engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for different social media platforms. 
• Account management: Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts and creating content calendars. 
• Community engagement: Monitor social media channels and actively respond to comments, messages, and other interactions to foster community. 
• Performance analysis: Analyze social media analytics to track key metrics, understand what's working, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies. 
• Campaign management: Develop and manage social media campaigns, which may include managing advertising budgets and paid social media ads. 
• Trend monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activities. 

Qualifications and skills:-

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand or agency. 
• Platform knowledge: Proficiency with major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Youtube. 
• Technical skills: Experience with social media management and scheduling tools, as well as content creation software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. 
• Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and use insights to improve strategy. 
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities. 
• Creativity: Ability to create appealing and creative digital content. 
• EXCEL : Have the knowledge of EXCEL SHEETS.
• GOOGLE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT handling .
• Lead generation
