- Attend service calls of solar customers and resolve issues effectively
- Site Survey
- Support in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar systems
- Dispatch solar material to project sites as per requirement
- Maintain and update records of godown material (inventory management)
- Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team for smooth operations
