Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries).
- Prepare GST data including sales, purchase, returns, and reconciliation.
- Generate invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of records.
- Handle bank entries and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain stock and inventory records in Tally.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with CA for GST returns, TDS, and audits.
- Keep proper documentation of vouchers and bills.
- Required Skills:Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential financial data.
