Software Support Executive / Client Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Support Executive who can provide technical and functional support to our clients for software-related queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Call clients and provide software support.
  • Take remote access using tools like AnyDesk or similar.
  • English is Mandatory
  • Assist clients with:
  • Report generation
  • Data entry
  • Day-to-day software usage, etc.
  • Understand client issues and resolve them over phone or remote support.
  • Provide clear guidance and maintain polite communication with clients.
  • Maintain basic records of support calls and issues.
  • Lead Generate

Training & Eligibility:

  • Complete support training will be provided by the company.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
