Telecaller

We are hiring a part-time Telecaller for a compliance-related product (TradeApprove) used by stock market brokers and sub-brokers.

Your job is simple: call sub-brokers from a provided list, explain what TradeApprove does and makes the broker's life easier, and book a demo meeting with the founder. You are NOT expected to close deals – just get the meeting booked.

What you'll do:

• Make 30-50 outbound calls per day (4–5 hours of work)
• Follow a calling script provided to you
• Explain TradeApprove's benefits to sub-brokers and how it avoids wasted time and effort for daily compliance work
• Book demo meetings and track everything in a shared sheet

What we need:

• Experience in telecalling or telesales (minimum 6 months)
• Familiarity with stock market or insurance or financial services or software product
• Fluent in Hindi or Gujarati
• Comfortable talking to professionals
• Reliable, transparent and consistent with daily work

Compensation:

• Fixed: ₹7,500/month
• ₹150 per qualified demo meeting booked and attended
• 20% of first month's revenue from clients you help close
• Realistic earning: ₹15,000-20,000/month for 4–5 hours/day
