Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Caller to generate new sales leads by calling prospective customers from provided databases and online inquiries. The role involves explaining company products/services, qualifying customer requirements, and scheduling follow-ups or meetings for the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Calling

• Call new customer data/leads generated from ads, websites, referrals, and portals
• Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and qualify leads
• Generate fresh leads and update lead status

2. Sales Support & Follow-up

• Schedule site visits, demos, or sales meetings
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Share customer feedback with the sales team
• Support sales closures through continuous follow-ups

3. Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM/Excel
• Update call outcomes: Interested / Not Interested / Follow-up / Closed
• Prepare daily and weekly calling reports

4. Customer Handling

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Maintain a positive brand image during calls
• Ensure proper escalation of serious queries to seniors
