Telecaller Job DescriptionRole Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade potential customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Explain products/services and generate interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/database regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English (preferred).
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus.
