Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Experienced & Female Candidates only)
Location: Hoziwala Industrial Area, Surat
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads from Meta Ads
- Convert leads into orders
- Share product catalog and pricing
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/sales
- Good Hindi , English and Gujarati communication skills
- Confident and sales-oriented personality
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
