Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller who is confident, polite, and has strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls

• Communicate with clients in a professional and polite manner

• Maintain and update data in Excel sheets

• Handle basic computer tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hindi

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must)
