Telecalling Executive

Role:

a) The Renewal Executive – Broadband Sales is responsible for engaging with existing customers to ensure timely renewal of their broadband services. This role focuses on customer retention, upselling, and providing excellent post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize churn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing broadband customers to remind and assist them with timely renewals.

• Maintain and update customer renewal records and databases.

• Upsell or cross-sell higher broadband plans or value-added services as applicable.

• Resolve customer queries related to renewal, billing, and service issues promptly.

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term retention.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure continuity of service post-renewal.

• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly renewal performance and targets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality interactions and follow-ups.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, customer service, or broadband renewals preferred.

• Basic understanding of broadband/internet services and plans.

• Good communication skills in local language and Hindi/English.

• Proficient in using MS Excel, CRM, or internal renewal software tools.
