Job Description
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers using leads provided by the marketing team
- Follow defined SOPs to maintain a structured customer follow-up and feedback loop, ensuring higher conversion rates
- Coordinate closely with store teams to support and complete sales conversions
- Strong sales pitching ability with quick understanding of products and offerings
- Clear, confident, and polite verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or retail sales
- Ability to understand customer requirements and effectively probe customer needs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
