Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads from the provided database or lead generation tools.
• Explain the franchise business model, investment details, and brand value to prospective franchisees.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Schedule appointments for virtual or face-to-face meetings with the Franchise Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
• Provide regular feedback to the team on lead quality and objections faced.
• Handle inbound franchise queries from various channels (phone, email, website, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation preferred.
• Good command over English and regional languages.
• Proven experience in tele calling, lead generation, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
