Job Description
- Sales Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Dreamchild Garbhsanskar’s services.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Lead Management:
- Follow up on leads received through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work towards team sales goals.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Dreamchild Garbhsanskar’s services.
- Effectively explain the benefits of Garbhsanskar courses to clients.
- Market Insights:
- Provide feedback to the marketing team about customer preferences, concerns, and competitive offers.
