Job role:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from leads generated through IndiaMART and convert inquiries into sales by explaining products and closing deals.

Job skills:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Tele calling and sales closing ability

• Experience handling IndiaMART leads

• Basic computer and Excel knowledge

• Customer handling and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce / Business preferred)

Gender:

Female 

Experience:

1–3 years experience in Tele Sales with IndiaMART lead handling and sales closing

Timing:

09:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary range:

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Location of work:

Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads received from IndiaMART

• Call potential customers and explain product details

• Follow up with interested customers

• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

• Maintain customer data and follow-up records

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Candidate should have prior experience in IndiaMART lead handling and sales closing with good communication skills.
