Job Description
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
· Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer queries.
· Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
· Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
· Follow up with customers to ensure smooth communication and relationship building.
· Assist in documentation work, preparing quotations, and maintaining records.
· Maintain a database of customer contacts and update records regularly.
· Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and support business growth.
