Travel Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant who can assist clients in planning and booking their travel needs including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

Suggest suitable travel options such as flights, hotels, tour packages, and activities.

Prepare customized travel itineraries as per budget and preferences.

Handle flight, hotel, and package bookings through travel portals/GDS.

Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance guidance.

Provide information on travel destinations, weather, transport, and attractions.

Manage changes, cancellations, and rescheduling of bookings.

Maintain customer records and follow up for payments.

Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Handle customer queries professionally through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Skills Required:

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations.

Experience with travel portals or GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails).

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 12th pass
