Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Student Visa Counselor (Female) who specializes in European countries as well as major English-speaking destinations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and convincing skills, a sharp eye for document accuracy, and a professional, student-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities in Europe, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
• Evaluate student profiles and ensure accurate documentation to maximize admission and visa success rates.
• Follow up with students and institutions, and provide timely updates and guidance throughout the application and visa process.
• Maintain updated knowledge of admission criteria, visa regulations, and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and online leads efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Female candidate with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong persuading and convincing abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing procedures.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in student counseling or a related role is preferred.
• Must be responsible, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases efficiently.
