Job Summary:Central Beacon Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism that Central Beacon Hotel is known for.

• Key Responsibilities:Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, provide menus, and explain daily specials or promotions.
• Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serving Food and Drinks: Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guests' needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Table Maintenance: Set up and clear tables efficiently while ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Up-selling: Recommend additional items and suggest daily specials to enhance the guest’s dining experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and quality.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, chairs, and dining settings.
• Payment Handling: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and provide change when necessary.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow the hotel’s food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and policies at all times.
• Qualifications and Skills:Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferably).
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus.
