Warehouse Executive

1.Book couriers for daily dispatches as per orders received

2.Coordinate with courier companies and delivery partners

3.Track dispatched shipments and follow up on delivery status

4.Handle delays, lost shipments, and delivery issues with couriers

5.Maintain proper dispatch records and courier documentation

6.Manage inward and outward movement of stock in the warehouse

7.Coordinate with the logistics department for smooth operations

8.Ensure medicines are packed and dispatched as per company and regulatory guidelines

9.Communicate with franchise stores regarding shipment status

10.Maintain MIS reports related to dispatch, delivery, and logistics

11.Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

12.Follow SOPs, safety standards, and compliance related to pharmaceutical products
