Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Washing Machine Technician to install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial washing machines. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faults in fully automatic, semi-automatic, and commercial washing machines
• Install new washing machines and ensure proper setup and operation
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing
• Identify electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues
• Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, pumps, belts, PCBs, valves, and bearings
• Test appliances after repair to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain service records and job reports
• Provide cost estimates and explain issues clearly to customers
• Follow safety standards and company procedures
