Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will handle our daily accounting in Tally Prime, manage billing for our E-commerce sales (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and keep a strict track of our inventory and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting: Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses accurately in Tally Prime.
• E-commerce Billing: Manage and reconcile bills from online platforms (managing returns, payments, and platform fees).
• Inventory Management: Track stock levels of finished products and raw materials to ensure we never run out of supplies.
• Taxation: Handle GST filing, TDS entries, and ensure all tax records are up to date.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock status and profit/loss.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in accounting (experience with E-commerce brands is a plus).
• Software: Must be an expert in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Good understanding of GST, E-way bills, and inventory tracking.
• Education: B.Com or M.Com degree.
