Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations including purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries
- Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet
- Handle GST returns, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for timely collections
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments
- Perform product costing including yarn, weaving, and overhead costs
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly financial statements
- Conduct bank reconciliation and manage cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Maintain inventory and stock accounting records
- Work on Tally / ERP systems for daily accounting activities
- Skills RequiredProficiency in Tally / Busy / ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Good command of Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of cost accounting
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience & QualificationB.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)
- 3–8 years of accounting experience (textile/weaving industry preferred)
