Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and maintaining up-to-date account books to support the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all daily financial transactions using Tally or relevant software.
- Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS calculations, and ensure overall statutory compliance.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate customer invoices and manage e-way bills for the smooth movement of goods.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional accounting experience (Freshers with strong Tally skills may apply).
- Software: High proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP 9 and MS Excel.
