Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our team at our retail home decor store. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities including billing, inventory, payments, and receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts, and in
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance metrics.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Managing the Reception and Billing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office. (Tally Knowledge is Necessary)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
