Job Summary

Mox J Koradia & Associates is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Executive to manage accounting and taxation work for our diverse client base. Candidates with experience in account finalization and GST return filing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling bookkeeping and accounting for multiple clients
• Preparation and finalization of accounts
• GST compliance including:
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 filing
• GST reconciliation and working
• Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation
• TDS return filing and compliance
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Coordination with clients for documentation and data collection
• Assisting in audit and compliance assignments

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting & taxation
• Experience in account finalization and GST return filing (mandatory preferred skill)
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
