Common Duties
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Secure financial data with regular backups.
- Provide financial guidance to management.
Record daily transactions, maintain the general ledger, and reconcile accounts.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll processing.
Analyze financial data to provide insights, identify cost savings, and support strategic decisions.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence to financial plans.
Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
