Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, quick-learning Engineering graduate to handle the daily accounting, billing, and computer operations for our retail shop in Surat. The ideal candidate should be excellent with numbers, fast with computers, and capable of managing daily business data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily sales and purchase data accurately into the system.
- Generate customer bills and manage daily invoicing.
- Maintain and update shop inventory/stock records using MS Excel.
- Prepare and organize basic tax and GST data.
- Handle general computer-related tasks and fast data entry.
Requirements:
- Education: B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Engineering.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, basic mathematics, and fast typing speed.
- Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of Tally, GST, or previous experience in billing/accounting is highly required.
- Must be a fast learner and comfortable managing software.
