Maintain daily purchase and sales entries of gold, diamonds, and jewellery

• Manage stock records (gold weight, diamond carat, wastage calculation)

• Handle karigar (craftsman) payments and job work entries

• Prepare GST billing and assist in GST return filing

• Generate invoices and e-way bills

• Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash transactions

• Calculate costing based on gold rate, diamond rate, and making charges

• Maintain party ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments
