Job Description: Velient Pec India Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of industrial and domestic RO membranes, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience in the manufacturing sector, and proficiency with accounting software and GST compliance.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, expenses, and payments
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and support in income tax filings
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and analysis
• Maintain stock, production costing, and raw material inventory records
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Key Skills Required:Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Understanding of manufacturing-related accounting (inventory, costing, etc.)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of ERP systems and e-invoicing
• Familiarity with export/import documentation (if applicable)
