Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry in Tally Prime for:
• Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, Expenses
• Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis
• GSTR-2B Reconciliation with books
• Clearing Suspense Accounts by communicating with clients
• Coordinating with clients via call, WhatsApp, or visit
• Visiting client places for on-site accounting as needed (vehicle required)
• Maintain Excel working files and summaries
• Documentation, voucher organization, and file management

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal & phone etiquette)
• Listening & questioning ability to understand client’s queries
• Working knowledge of:
• Tally Prime
• Microsoft Excel & Word
• Ability to manage work independently and take initiative
• Basic understanding of GST & accounting principles

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must own a two-wheeler (with license)
• Willingness to visit client places from office when required
• Reimbursement will be provided for official travel
