Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP software.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and billing.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances.
• Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
• Provide data and reports for internal audits.
• Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
