Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Job Brief:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting work along with general office administration. The candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and ledger entries

Handle billing, invoicing, and receipt entries

Manage cash book, bank book, and bank reconciliation

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (basic level)

Prepare basic reports and support month-end closing

Maintain office files, records, and documents

Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal staff

Support HR/admin work such as attendance and data entry

Assist management with day-to-day office activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred

1–3 years experience in accounting and office administration

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Familiar with Tally / accounting software and MS Excel

Good organizational and communication skills
