Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support US-based clients in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping work.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping in QuickBooks / accounting software
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Data entry of invoices, bills, and expenses
- Assist in monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Coordinate with US team via email/chat
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets
- Willing to work night shift (US time zone)
- Freshers with accounting background can apply
- Experience in US accounting is a plus
